My name is Gerard Gartlan. I have operated as a licensed driving instructor in the Monaghan area since 2004. Over the years I have procured an extensive knowledge of the driving curriculum and the various skills and techniques that are required to pass the final test. With these skills and techniques in mind, i have produced a DVD that compiles all the necessary skills you'll require during your journey from Learner to Novice.
